COVID-19 Update

COVID Update from EC 2

We hope you are settling well into new routines as we are all continuing to do our part to help “flatten the curve” through social distancing.

With all in-person events and meetings being canceled until 30 June 2020, staff and volunteers have been continuing to meet remotely to discuss new strategies on how to deliver meaningful online educational offerings.  Our team has been exploring several potential tech solutions and will be updating you as soon as details are confirmed.  Additionally, our Society leaders have been reaching out to their networks of industry leaders to share with us any interesting thought-provoking articles and reports for you to review. We will be collecting this content and sharing it with you on a regular basis.

Finally, I would like to remind you, although our offices are closed until 30 April 2020, CFA Society Toronto is here to support you professionally and on a personal level as well.  This includes ensuring your mental and physical well being. If you require any assistance or would like to share information with us to distribute to your fellow members, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@cfatoronto.ca. We strongly encourage you to leverage the community we have built together at CFA Society Toronto.

Best regards,

Executive Committee of the Board of Directors

MEDIA CONTACTS

The Media Contact Directory is a comprehensive guide of our members that gives you direct access to investment industry experts within the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

The directory consists of members who have had their CFA charter for more than five years and have areas of expertise that they are willing to share by accepting phone calls or taking part in media interviews. We have also added a new section for members who have had their charters for three to five years. There are over 25 investment-related areas showcased in the directory.
