This means collecting express consent from attendees to receive communications from CFA Society Toronto (for example, via a sign-up sheet, registration field, or QR code at your event) and sharing the resulting contacts — names and email addresses of those who opted in — with our team as part of your post-event reporting. Only attendees who actively opt in should be included; consent must be voluntary and clearly worded.
