"It’s hard to believe it’s been over a decade since I began volunteering with CFA Society Toronto, starting with the Risk Management and Alternative Investments Committee. Since then, the Society has become an integral part of my professional journey, and I truly value the relationships, experiences, and friendships I’ve built along the way.
Currently, I’m serving as a Senior Advisor to the Institutional Asset Management Committee, following the completion of my term as Chair. I can’t emphasize enough how meaningful my time with CFA Society Toronto has been throughout the years.
When I first immigrated to Canada, I began volunteering as a way to build my professional network. What I didn’t expect was how much more I would gain—lifelong friendships, a deeper understanding of the industry, opportunities to share knowledge, and the chance to help organize incredible events I never imagined being part of.
Volunteering with CFA Society Toronto has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I wholeheartedly encourage others to get involved."
