The topic of women in leadership is quickly progressing from conversational theory to applied competitive strategy. Leading global investment practitioners will explore recent findings showing that companies with higher gender mix on boards and in senior management exhibit higher returns, higher valuations and higher payout ratios.

This half-day conference highlights the business imperative of gender diversity as a means to achieving optimal financial results. As the evidence mounts, more investment decision makers will consider diversity in management before allocating their assets.
